Here I will make a very simple house rental prediction so that everyone can understand it.

Context

Housing in Indonesia varies from traditional houses to modern apartment buildings in big cities to small huts in remote villages. There has been tremendous growth in Indonesia's housing sector as incomes have increased. The Human Rights Measurement Initiative found that India is doing what it should at its income level allow for the right to housing.
Renting, also known as renting or letting, is an agreement in which payment is made for the temporary use of goods, services, or property owned by someone else. Gross rent is when the tenant pays a fixed amount of rent and the landlord pays for all property costs that are regularly incurred by the ownership. Renting can be an example of a sharing economy.
